Changed your mind? You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you, or drop it back to our shop in Ashmore. Once we receive it and check it, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
Items we have installed for you cannot be returned for change of mind.
If something is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it should, we will repair, replace or refund it. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply no matter what, and every product also carries its manufacturer warranty (listed on each product page).
Beatbot robots ship direct from Beatbot Australia. Change of mind returns follow the same 14 day, unopened rule. Contact us first and we will arrange the return with Beatbot for you.
